Pipeline Fire Continues to Burn, Evacuations Ordered

The Pipeline Fire was started
recently in Coconino National Forest. Smoke was visible from the start at Lowell Observatory. According to the Arizona Republic, the fire‘s containment level is unknown. As of 6/12/22, no buildings or homes have been destroyed. Hundreds have been evacuated due to this fire, and many more are being put on standby to leave (according to CNN). A spotfire was started in Flagstaff as well, the Haywire Fire, both of these fires contributing much smoke to the air. Both fires together have evacuated many.
According to Channel 9 Denver (NBC), the smoke from these fires has caused hazy skies over Colorado and the Denver Metro Area. A suspect is under arrest for being involved in the start of the fire.
